Our Vision Statement:
By pushing to restore confidence and pride in the real estate profession and leading by example, I hope to raise the bar for our industry, and grow a thriving, successful business. Keith Hart Real Estate will be the real estate company of choice in Billings, Montana.
Keith Hart Real Estate chooses to conduct business based on some very simple, easy to follow values. We have borrowed these values from leaders of industry past and present.
- “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get”-Warren Buffet. Adding value, both professionally or personally, to the lives of those who choose to do business with Keith Hart Real Estate, ensures that the Mission of the company is front and center at all times.
- “Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.”-Stephen R. Covey. The intent is to always come from contribution. One can not contribute if one does not understand the needs of those around them
- “I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.” – Gary Keller. Keith Hart Real Estate is a different company, and it’s not for everyone. By focusing on those who choose to do business with us, and not trying to please everyone, more value is added into those relationships
- “You are what you think. So just think big, believe big, act big, work big, give big, forgive big, laugh big, love big and live big.”-Andrew Carnegie. The purpose of business is to fund the perfect life. My business is the vehicle to the perfect life. Everyday, that is the focus.

Belief 1. This is serious business, but we don’t have to take everything so seriously. Have some fun. Let’s enjoy the ride!
Belief 2. There is a lot of junk in this business, Too much bull honkey and poppycock. Well, not with this company. If you’re in the business of BS and baloney, we probably aren’t going to be in business together. Long story short…Honesty and reality reign supreme around here.
Belief 3. Value (you’ve seen that word a few times huh?) is in the eye of the beholder. By seeking to understand the unique challenges and needs of each client, we can taylor our service to provide the most value possible. So, what does VALUE mean to you?
Belief 4. Be nice. This one isn’t hard, but it seems to be a dying art. We love the golden rule around here. We hope you do to.
Belief 5. Set expectations early, and work to exceed them every day. This seems like a no brainer, but, sadly, its not. What are your expectations from your Realtor? What are your Realtor’s expectations from you? Do we understand each other? Do we agree? Great! Let’s move on!
Belief 6. Real estate is, at the end of the day, a data-driven, analytical numbers game. No amount of fancy advertising or slick sales speech can sell a home that is wildly overpriced. Know the market, know the numbers, be the economist of choice.
